Broiled Flank Steak (#13) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Flank steak, about 1-1/4 lb.
x Salt and Freshly ground,
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
. black pepper,

Directions:
1. Brush the steak with oil.

2. Heat a broiler pan 5 minutes under the broiler.

3. Place the steak on the pan and broil about 4 minutes per side for
medium rare.

4. Transfer to a cutting board. Let stand about 5 minutes. Cut
very thin slices against the grain and on an angle. Sprinkle with
salt and pepper.
