Chinese-style Stir-fried Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Sesame or olive oil,
3 cup: Vegetables*,
1 Clove: garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup: Bamboo shoots**,
OR,
2 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1/2 tsp: Garlic powder,
Directions:
*Sliced summer squash or zucchini, sliced mushrooms, sliced celery,
small cauliflower florets, sliced green beans, green or red pepper
strips, sliced cabbage, sliced radishes, or sliced scallions. Should
be 3 cups TOTAL of any mixture of the above. **I will substitute
water chestnuts.
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the vegetables and the
garlic, and quickly stir-fry them until just barely tender. Stir in
the soy sauce and serve.
