Favorite Sausage And Pepper Bake* Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Sweet Italian sausage,
16 ounce: MUELLERS ridged mostacciol,
Casing removed,
Cooked and drained,
1 each: Green pepper, sliced thin
2 cup: Shredded mozzarella cheese,
4 cup: Prepared spaghetti sauce,
1/2 cup: Grated Parmesan cheese,
1 cup: Water,
Directions:
In large skillet over medium high heat cook sausage, pepper and onion
6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up sausage. Stir in
spaghetti sauce and water; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10
minutes. In large bowl combine mostaccioli, 1 3/4 cups mozzarella and
Parmesan; stir in sauce. Turn into 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle
with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella. Bake in 350 degrees oven 30
minutes or until heated through.
