Freezer Jam Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Powdered pectin,
3 1/2 cup: Mashed fresh strawberries,
1 cup: Water,
5 cup: Sugar,
Directions:
"I just found this recipe in Country Living magazine. Although it
calls for strawberries, itll probably work with your blackberries as

Makes About 4 cups of jam:
1. In a large saucepan combine pectin and water and bring to a boil.
Boil 1 minute.
2. Stir in strawberries and sugar and boil 1 minute longer.
3. Refrigerate overnight before packaging for the freezer.
