Fruited Angel Surprise Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Whipping cream, whipped
2 cup: Miniature marshmallows,
3 tbsp: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Chopped walnuts,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
1: 10-inch Angel food cake,
1/4 cup: Crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup: , (to 1 1/2 cups) Whipping
1/4 cup: Quartered maraschino,
-cream, whipped and
-cherries,
-sweetened,
Directions:
Combine whipping cream, sugar and vanilla. Fold in fruits,
marshmallows and walnuts. Chill. With serrated knife, cut 1-inch
slice from top of angel food cake. Cut out a ring 2 inches wide and 2
inches deep. Spoon in chilled filling. Replace top slice. Frost top
and sides with sweetened whipped cream. Chill. Garnish cake as
desired. Serves 12.
