Gipsy Veal Saute Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Veal scallops,
2 tbsp: Dry vermouth, OR
2 tbsp: Butter,
2 tbsp: Chicken broth,
1 cup: Sliced mushrooms,
1/3 cup: Heavy cream,
1/2 cup: Sliced scallions, incl tops 1 1/2 tb Sun-dried tomato paste

Directions:
Saute veal in butter until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Add
scallions & mushrooms. Saute lightly. Add vermouth or chicken broth &
bring to a boil. Add cream & tomato paste. Cook 2 mins. Return veal
