Grilled Burgers With Basil Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground beef, 93% lean
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
4 slice: Tomato,
2 tsp: Red wine vinegar,
4 slice: Onion, red, thin
1/2 tsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Basil, heaping slices
4: Hamburger rolls,
Directions:
Place tomato slices in a shallow dish; top each with 1 onion slice.
Combine basil, olive oil, vinegar and sugar. Pour over tomatoes.
Cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour. Form hamburger into 4 1/2" thick
patties. Grill hamburger patties over medium heat, about 7-9 minutes,
turning once. Salt and pepper to taste. 358 calories and 14 grams
