Marys Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground chuck,
3 cup: Water,
1: Onion, chopped
2 tsp: Paprika,
1: Green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 cup: Chopped celery, opt
2 tsp: Granulated sugar,
1/4 tsp: Ground oregano,
Salt, to taste
12 ounce: Tomato paste,
Ground black pepper to taste,
Directions:
Brown meat in large heavy pan. Add onion, green pepper and celery;
saute until onion is translucent. Add oregano, tomato paste, 3 cups
water, paprika, garlic powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook over low
heat at least 2 hours; the longer the better. Skim fat from surface.
Serve over cooked pasta or use in Spanish rice, as a sauce for pizza
