Boston Brown Bread (baked)^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Corn meal,
1 cup: White flour,
1/2 cup: Graham flour,
1/2 cup: Molasses,
1/2 cup: Raisins,
1/2 cup: Nuts,
1 1/2 cup: Sour milk,
2 tsp: Baking soda,
pn Slat,

Directions:
Sift together the flours. Beat together the molasses, raisins, nuts,
sour milk and baking soda. Add a pinch of salt; stir in flours. Turn
into greased pans; let stand one hour. Bake about an hour in a
moderate oven. turn upside down to cool.

Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven
temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos
and all.
