Ingredients:
2: Egg yolks,
1 cup: Oil,
1/2: Lemon, juice of
2 tsp: Tarragon vinegar,
Seasonings,

Directions:
Method: beat eggs first, add oil drop by drop till half used, then
faster. Then add acid slowly, beating all the time. May add whipped
cream or not as desired; add seasonings. Will not curdle if this
method is used. Store in refrigerator.

Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven
temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos
and all.
