Cheese Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:
3 pint: Fresh mushrooms,
10 Strips: crisp bacon, crumbled
3/4 cup: Mayonnaise,
Seasoned salt,
1 medium: Onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup: Sharp cheese, grated
Directions:
Remove mushroom stems. Wash in salted water, place in a shallow
Pyrex pan, buttered, cup side up. Mix mayonnaise, onion, bacon and
salt to taste. Fill hollow of mushroom and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Randy Rigg
