Cheesy Tomato Beef Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground beef,
14 1/2 ounce: Stewed tomatoes,
1: Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp: Thyme,
16 ounce: Potatoes, (canned), drained and sliced
1 cup: Swiss cheese, grated
Directions:
In skillet, brown meat; drain. Drain tomatoes; reserving juice. Add
tomato liquid to skillet. Add onion and thyme. Cook over high heat 5
to 8 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring often. Stir in
tomatoes and potatoes; heat through. Top with cheese; heat until
