Chewy Fruit Balls^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Dried peaches,
1/2 cup: Pitted whole dates,
1/3 cup: Dried apriocots,
1/3 cup: Golden Raisins,
2 tbsp: Graham cracker crumbs,

Directions:
In food processor bowl with metal blade, combine all ingredients
except graham cracker crumbs; process until finely chopped. shape
mixture into 1" balls; roll in graham cracker crumbs. Store in
airtight container inrefrigerator. 24 fruit balls.

Per ball: 30 calories, 8 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 95 mg potassium,
1/2 fruit exchange.
