Chicken Waldorf Salad~ Recipe

Ingredients:
2/3 cup: Light mayonnaise,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
2 cup: Chicken or turkey, cooked/diced
2: Apples, cored/chopped
2/3 cup: Celery, sliced
1/2 cup: Walnuts, chopped
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Cover and chill.
Makes 5 cups.

carbohydrate 15.6 g; fiber 2.5 g; protein 20.7 g; sodium 439 mg.
