Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Baking powder,
2: Eggs, separated
1/4 cup: Shortening, melted
2/3 cup: Thin cream,

Directions:
Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder; add the yolks of the
eggs, melted shortening and cream and beat well. Last of all, beat
the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter. Put into
well greased muffin pans and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven
temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos
and all.
