Creole Garlic Grits For Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: 5-MINUTE GRITS,
4 cup: WATER,
6 STRIPS: BACON,
4 CLOVES: GARLIC, MINCED
1 STICK: MARGARINE,
8: EGGS,
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE,
Directions:
Cook grits, seasoned with 1 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes; add minced
garlic & stir. Fry bacon slices until crisp & crumble well on small
plate. Fry eggs in 1/2 stick margarine,your choice, over or up.
Place 1/4 of grits in center of serving plate & add pat of margarine.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon & top with two eggs. Season to taste.
Serve with hot biscuits & coffee. (Serves 4)
