Cucumber And Sesame Salad (bon App) Recipe

Ingredients:
Typed by Manny Rothstein,
2 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
4 tsp: Rice vinegar,
1 tsp: Soy sauce,
1/2 tsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Ginger, finely shredded
1/2: Hothouse cucumber, thinly sliced
2 tsp: Toasted sesame seeds,
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl and stir ntil sugar
dissolves. Mix in ginger. Let stand at least 5 minutes. Divide
cucumber between plates. Drizzle vinegar mixture over. Sprinkle with
sesame seeds and serve.
