Del-viled Egg-heads Recipe

Yield: 24 servings

Ingredients:
12: Hard-boiled eggs, peeled
3 tbsp: Mayonnaise,
1 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
1/2 tsp: Paprika,
2 tbsp: Sweet relish,
2 tbsp: Celery, finely minced
2 tbsp: Green onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp: Red pepper, finely minced

Directions:
: Slice eggs in half lengthways. Gently scoop out yolks. Place
yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, black pepper and paprika in mixing bowl.
Mix thoroughly until creamy. Stir in remaining ingredients.
: With rounded teaspoon, stuff egg whites with filling.
Sprinkle with paprika. Use any extra filling for quick sandwiches.
