Frosted Cheese And Fruit^ Recipe

Ingredients:
3 ounce: Cream cheese,
3 tbsp: Mayonnaise,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/2 cup: Evaporated milk, cold
1/2 cup: Dates, chopped
1/2 cup: Pineapple, crushed
Directions:
Mash cream cheese, adding mayonnaise a little at a time. Add lemon
juice to milk and whip hard till thick. Mix cheese and milk mixtures,
fold in dates and drained pineapple. Pour into a mold, pack in ice
and salt for 4 hours. Or freeze.
