Hard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Butter, at room temp
3/4 cup: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Heavy cream,
4 tbsp: Brandy, bourbon, or rum
Directions:
Beat the butter until very light. Slowly add the sugar. Then beat in
the cream first, then the liquor.
