Harvest Ham Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Egg, beaten
1/2 cup: Soft bread crumbs,
1/2 cup: Milk,
1 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1/8 tsp: Ground cloves,
1 lbs: Ground, cooked ham
8: Canned peach halves,
Celery tops or parsley,
Directions:
Mix egg, crumbs, milk, sugar, cloves and ham; shape into 8 balls.
Drain peaches, place in baking dish, and place a ball in each. Bake
at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Garnish with celery tops. Randy Rigg
