Ingredients:
1 lbs: Crabmeat, imitation
1 cup: Italian bread crumbs, divided
1/4 cup: Egg substitute,
2 tbsp: Fat free mayonnaise,
2 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
1 tbsp: Dill weed,
1 tbsp: Lime juice,
1 tsp: Lemon juice,
1 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,

108 milligram: Sodium,
14 milligram: Cholesterol,
22 gram: Carbohydrate,
11 gram: Protein,
3 gram: Fat,

DIABETIC EXCHANGES
Lean meat,
Starch,

Directions:
Combine crabmeat, half the bread crumbs, and remaining ingredients.
Shape into patties. Place remaining bread crumbs in a shallow bowl
and dip each patty to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Cook over medium heat in a skillet coated with nonstick spray until
browned on both sides.
