Holiday Cherry Mincemeat Mold Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Pitted dark sweet cherries,
2 small: Packages of cherry gelatin,
2 cup: Boiling water,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/2 cup: Prepared mincemeat,
1/2 cup: Diced apple,
1/2 cup: Chopped nuts,
Directions:
Drain cherries and cut in half. Reserve syrup. Dissolve gelatin in
boiling water. Add enough water to reserved syrup to make 1 3/4
cups. Stir into gelatin and add lemon juice. Chill until partially
set. Fold in mincemeat, apple and nuts. Pour into 6 1/2 cup mold.
