Jamican Jerk Rub Recipe

1/4 cup: Ground Allspice,
1/4 cup: Black Pepper, fresh
Ground,
1/4 cup: Cayenne,

3 tbsp: Ground Cinnamon,
1 tbsp: Ground Nutmeg,
1/2 tsp: Dried Ground Habanero Chile,
Optional,
Directions:
Mix the spices throughly in a bowl. Store in a cool, dark pantry.
