Oriental Shrimp Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Fresh asparagus spears,
2 tbsp: Chablis,
1 tbsp: White wine vinegar,
1 tbsp: Low-sodium soy sauce,
Vegetable cooking spray,
2 tsp: Vegetable oil,
2/3 cup: Minced green onion,
2 tbsp: Minced gingerroot,
1 tsp: Minced garlic,
2 lbs: Fresh shrimp, peel,devein
3 cup: Chopped chinese cabbage,
1 tbsp: Cornstarch,
1 tbsp: Water,
Directions:
Snap off tough end of asparagus. Cut asparagus diagonally into 1"
pieces. Set aside. Combine wine, vinegar and soy sauce in small bowl,
stirring well; set aside. Coat a wok with cooking spray; add oil.
Place over med-high heat until hot. Add minced green onion, giner and
garlic; stir-fry 1 min. Add shrimp and asparagus, and stir-fry 5
minutes. Add wine mixture and cabbage;stir-fry 5 min. Combine
cornstarch and water, stirring until smooth. Add to shrimp mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. one serving =
