300 gram: Cuttlefish, cooked and sliced
300 gram: Shrimp,
200 gram: Clams,
200 gram: Mussels,
200 milliliter: Olive oil,
50 milliliter: Lemon juice,
70 gram: Parsley,
Salt and pepper,
