Pineapple Upside Down Ham Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
1 tbsp: Flour,
1 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/8 tsp: Ground cloves,
1/8 tsp: Nutmeg,
1 medium: Can of sliced pineapple,
2 lbs: Ground ham,
1 cup: Bread crumbs,
1/3 cup: Chopped parsley,
2: Eggs,
1 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/8 tsp: Ground cloves,

Directions:
Combine brown sugar, flour, 1 ts mustard, 1/8 ts cloves and nutmeg.
Sprinkle over bottom of a 9 inch square baking pan. Drain pineapple,
reserving 1/2 cup of syrup. Arrange pinepple slices on sugar mixture.
Combine remaining ingredients and reserved syrup, blending well. Pack
on top of the pinepple. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let
stand for 5 minutes. Invert on heated serving platter. Randy Rigg
