Ingredients:
4: Tomatoes,
1 small: Onion, minced
1 Stalk: celery,
1/4: Green pepper,
Mayonnaise,

Directions:
Scald peel and chill tomatoes. Cut into sections almost down to the
base, forming a flower. Mix onion, celery and green pepper, put in
center of tomatoes and cover mixture with mayonnaise.

Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven
temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos
and all.
