Potatoes With Cheese^ Recipe

Ingredients:
6 medium: Potatoes,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Flour,
1/2 cup: Grated cheese,
4 tbsp: Butter,
Pepper,
2: Egg yolks, beaten
2 1/2 cup: Milk,
Directions:
Pare potatoes and cut in very thin slices. Cook 5 minutes; drain. Put
about 1/4 of the potatoes in a baking dish, and sprinkle on about 1/4
of the salt, flour, cheese, butter and a little pepper. continue for
3 more layers. Mix the yolks with the milk and pour over all. Bake
for an hour until potatoes are tender and crust is set. Bake at 350
degrees.
