Swiss Corn Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Fresh corn, cut from the cob
2/3 cup: Milnot,
1: Egg, beaten
2 tbsp: Chopped onion,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Shredded Swiss cheese,
1/2 cup: Cracker crumbs,
1 tbsp: Melted butter,
Directions:
Cook corn in boiling salted water 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and combine
with milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper, and Swiss cheese. Place in
greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch casserole, or whatever you have that is
close. Toss cracker crumbs with butter. Sprinkle over corn mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Let set a few minutes
