Tuna Melt Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 kilo: Pizza dough,
1 1/2 Litres: tomato sauce,
1 1/2 kilo: Mozzarella,
1 kilo: Tuna chunks, canned or fresh
1 3/16 kilo: Fresh tomato sliced,
500 gram: White onions,
500 gram: Cheddar cheese grated,
250 milliliter: Bechamel,
Directions:

Combine tuna with bechamel. Spread dough, top with tomato sauce,
mozzarella, then tuna, fresh sliced tomato and onions. Sprinkle with
