Turkey With Honey-mustard Sauce~ Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 lbs: Turkey tenderloin steaks cut 1/2" thick,
Nonstick spray coating,
1/4 cup: Chicken broth,
1/4 cup: Skim milk,
2 tsp: All-purpose flour,
2 tsp: Honey,
1/2 tsp: Snipped fresh chives,
ds Pepper,
1 tsp: Dijon-style mustard,
Directions:
Preparation Time: 10 min. Cooking Time: 10 min.
Rinse turkey; pat dry. Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray.
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add turkey steaks. Cook for 8 to 10
minutes or till tender and no longer pink, turning once. Remove from
skillet; keep warm.
Meanwhile, stir together chicken broth, skim milk, flour, honey,
chives, and pepper.
Add broth mixture to skillet. Cook and stir till thickened and
bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Stir in mustard; heat
through. Serve over turkey. Makes 4 servings.
Per serving: 113 calories; 20g protein; 5g carbohydrate; 1g fat; 53mg
cholesterol; 127mg sodium; 230mg potassium.
