Vanilla Cream~ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Lowfat vanilla yogurt,
1/2 cup: Light whipping cream,
1 tbsp: Confectioners sugar,
1 tbsp: Orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
Directions:
Line a sieve with cheesecloth and set it over a bowl. (Alternately,
use a coffee filter lined with filter paper.) Spoon in yogurt and let
it drain in the refrigerator until reduced to 1 cup, about 1 hour.
In a chilled mixing bowl with chilled beaters, whip cream to soft
peaks. Add the drained yogurt, sugar, and liqueur; fold gently to
mix. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, for up to 8 hours.
Per two tablespoons: Calories: 50; fat: 3g; sodium: 16mg; cholesterol:
10mg.
