Vegapple Juice Recipe

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
4: Apples,
4: Carrots,
2: Parsnips,
2: Yellow beets,
1 cup: Apple juice,

Directions:
Peel and core apples. Peel and coarsely chop carrots, parsnips and
beets.

Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor and process
until smooth. (Add more apple juice if thinner consistency is
desired.)

Serve chilled, with ice and a sprig of mint in each glass.
