Ingredients:
8 cup: Chicken Broth,
1: Carrot, diced
1 Stalk: Celery, diced
2 tbsp: Scallions, chopped
1/2 tsp: Salt,
10: Mushrooms Sliced,
1/4 lbs: Vermicelli,

Directions:
Bring the broth to boil, add carrots, celery, scallions and salt.
Simmer 12 mins. Add mushrooms and vermicelli. Stir well, Cook for
about 15 mins and serve in hot bowls.
