Zuppa Di Funghi Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp: Margarine,
2 large: Onions, chopped
1 lbs: Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 Cloves: Garlic, minced
3 cup: Chicken Broth,
1 cup: Water,
1 tsp: Italian Seasoning,
3 tbsp: Yogurt,
Directions:
Heat the margarine in a saucepan. Add onions and saute until golden.
Add mushrooms, salt, and garlic and cook for 3 mins, stirring
occasionally. Add broth and water and cook for 30 mins, stirring
occasionally. Before serving place 1/2 Tbs. yogurt in each soup
plate, pour soup over it and mix.
