Barbecued Ribs Of Beef Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: Short ribs,
2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 tsp: Paprika,
1 tsp: Dry mustard,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 cup: Catchup,
1/2 cup: Water,
1/4 cup: Cider vinegar,
1/2 cup: Minced onions,
1: Garlic clove, minced
Directions:
You can use the top of the roast beef bones. Have them cut in 2-inch
pieces. Brown the ribs in a heated casserole or Dutch oven; pour
off the fat. Combine all the ingredients and add to ribs. Cover and
bake in a 350 degree oven 2 hours. Remove cover
