Caviar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Sour cream,
1 tsp: Onion juice,
2 tsp: Capers,
1/4 cup: Caviar, lumpfish or other economical red type
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and serve on baked potatoes, salmon steaks and
other fish dishes, in lieu of Tartar sauce for batter fried fish or
as a dip for assorted raw vegetables.
