Mamas Blackberry Jam Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs: Blackberries,
1 1/2 lbs: Sugar,
Directions:
Wash berries thorughly, remoce caps and crush berries. Heat slowly to
boiling, stirring constantly. Add sugar and continue cooking rapidly
until mixture gives test for jelly. Pour into sterile jars and seal.
If seedless jam is desired rub cooked berries thru seive before
