Mexican Frijoles Refritos Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Lard or bacon grease,
2 cup: Cooked pinto beans,
1 1/2 cup: Beef broth,
2 cup: Shredded cheese,
Directions:
Heat lard or bacon grease in skillet until almost smoking. Add pinto
beans and fry. Add beef broth and stir thoroughly to avoid scorching.
Add cheese and blend. When cheese is melted and blended, re-fried
beans are ready.
