Rhubarb Dessert^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Rhubarb, washed and cut into
Pieces,
1 cup: Sugar,
1: Egg,
2 tbsp: Flour,
BATTER
1 cup: Flour,
1/2 cup: Milk,
pn Salt,
2 tbsp: Butter,
1 tsp: , (heaping) baking powder
Directions:
Mix together sugar, egg and flour. Add to rhubarb and put in a baking
dish. Then make a batter of the flour, milk, salt, butter and baking
powder. Put this on top of the rhubarb mixture and bake until done.
Serve with cream, either plain or whipped. This dish can be made with
apples too if you dont have any rhubarb.
