Fast And Delicious Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Eggs,
3/4 cup: Sugar,
4 tbsp: Butter,
2 cup: Milk,
1/2 cup: Buttermilk baking mix,
1 cup: Pecans,
1 tbsp: Vanilla extract,
Directions:
Grease a 10" pie plate. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all
ingredients (except pecans) in blender until smooth. Add pecans. Bake
for about 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream; also good cold.
