French Rice^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Milk,
1 cup: Water,
1 cup: Rice, washed
1 tbsp: Butter,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tsp: Vanilla,
FILLING
Heavy cream, whipped
Sugar to sweeten,
Few nuts, chopped
Directions:
Put milk and water in a saucepan and heat. Put rice into the double
boiler and pour the hot liquid over it, adding the butter and salt.
Heat the mass, then add vanilla. When the rice has taken up all the
liquid and is puffed up, arrange it in a ring on a plate and chill.
When ready to serve, fill the center of the ring with whipped cream
mixture.
