Fried Chicken Coating Mix Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Onion salt,
2 1/2 tsp: Salt,
3 tbsp: Accent, msg
1 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 tsp: Ground cloves,
1 tsp: Dry mustard,
1 tsp: Turmeric,
2 tbsp: Pepper,
1 tbsp: Cury powder,
1 1/2 tsp: Sage,
Directions:
Sift together 2-3 times to combine. Store in airtight container.
Should be enough to coat 4 chickens. Can also be used for pork.
Makes about 4-3/4 cups.
