Full Harvest Bread (machine) - Large Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Water,
3 cup: White bread flour,
2 tbsp: Dry milk,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Butter,
1 tbsp: Maple syrup,
1/2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1/2 cup: Pumpkin, canned
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
3/4 tsp: Ginger, ground
1/2 tsp: Allspice,
1/2 cup: Pumpkin seeds,
1 1/2 tsp: Yeast, fast rise or machine or -
3 tsp: Yeast, active dry

Rather than sweet, this loaf is a full-bodied squash bread,
reminiscent of acorn squash. The pumpkin seeds are a wonderful,
distinctive touch; they give the bread crunch along with a special
taste of autumn.
Success Hints
Be sure to use plain canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling).
Use regular or rapid bake cycle.
