Mango Smoothie - Bon Appetit Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Ripe mango, peeled, pitted, chopped, about 1 1/4 C
3/4 cup: Chilled nonfat milk,
1/4 cup: Vanilla nonfat yogurt,
3/4 tsp: Vanilla extract,
3: Ice cubes,
Pinch of salt,
Fresh mint sprigs,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except mint in blender. Blend until mixture is
smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs and
serve.
