Mc Quick Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Uncooked whole wheat or spinach elbow macaroni shells, or spirals
1 1/2 cup: Chopped veggies, scallions gr or red peppers, broccoli celery, carrots, pimientos alone or in any combo
1/4 cup: To 1/2c low sod oil free salad dressing,
Directions:
Cook the macaroni in boiling water just til tender, 8-10 mins. Mix
with the veggies and dressing, and toss to coat.
