Mediterranean Halibut Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
1/4 cup: Italian salad dressing,
2 each: Cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tsp: Minced fresh OR,
1/4 tsp: Dried thyme,
1/2 cup: Lemon juice,
1/2 cup: Water,
4 each: Halibut steaks, about 1/2 inch thick
4 each: Slices tomato,
1/2 cup: Crumbled feta cheese,

Directions:
In a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish, combine olive oil, salad dressing,
garlic, thyme, lemon juice and water. Add halibut. Turn once. Cover
and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, turning at least once. When
ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour off marinade;
reserve. Place tomato slices on halibut and dribble 1/2 cup marinade
over top. Bake uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily
with a fork. Baste once with extra marinade.

To serve, sprinkle feta cheesse over top.
