Melt-in-your-mouth Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Margarine,
1 cup: Sugar,
5 cup: All-purpose flour,
2 tsp: Vanilla extract,
2 cup: Pecans, chopped
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Confectioners sugar,
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, cream the margarine (or butter) and sugar; add
flour, vanilla, pecans and salt. Mix well. Roll dough into 1-inch
balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. 2. Bake in preheated
325-degree oven for 17-20 minutes or until lightly browned. 3. Cool
cookies slightly before rolling them in the confectioners sugar.
