Mexican Fish Bake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Tortilla chips, crushed
2 cup: Rice, cooked
1 cup: Kidney beans, drained
1 1/2 lbs: Fillets, cut into 1" strips
1 cup: Salsa,
1/2 cup: Monterey jack cheese, shredd
1/2 cup: Onions, chopped
3 ounce: Tortilla chips, for serving

Time: 0:15 Preheat oven at 400. Prepare a 2 quart casserole dish
with cooking spray.
Using half the ingredients at a time, make alternate layers of
crushed tortilla chips, rice, beans, fish strips, salsa, cheese, and
onion. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
